Built 2017-2018, Fourth Street Flats is located on historic Route 66, less than three miles from downtown Albuquerque, in the up-and-coming North Fourth neighborhood.

Quiet and clean with monitored entry, Fourth Street Flats offers modern apartments with granite counter-tops, built-in microwaves, dishwashers, pre-wired and ready for internet. Most units have a balcony and washer/dryer. We are smoke free curb-to-curb.

Each unit has its own refrigerated air-conditioning/heating unit, so no sharing of air.

Our full-time, on-site professional management is there to support while encouraging contact-free interactions whenever possible: we have online work-orders and online payment. Masks are encouraged for everyone in the common areas—lobby, elevator or stairs, and hallways, and our cleaning staff sanitizes the elevator and common areas regularly.

We are next door to the El Mezquite Market and two blocks from both Food King Grocery and Walgreens. There are many restaurants nearby. Montano Rail Runner station is less than a mile away, and the North Fourth bus line stops are just across the street. Guaranteed gated parking. Covered parking is available by permit for an additional fee.


Rental Requirements

Applicants to rent apartments at Fourth Street Flats must have the following:

  • Credit scores of 685 or above, credit requirements can/may change.
  • Gross Monthly household income at least 3 times the rent.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Able to verify employment and rental history.
  • Minimum of $100,000 renter’s insurance.
